At Mambobaby Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion items, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
